Use the mayoral contact form for policy comments, requests for help, general views, ideas, traffic safety, housing, public safety and other messages that need City Hall routing.

Use your council member, borough president or community board when the issue needs a local elected office, a land use process, a hearing record or repeated local follow up.

Community routes

New York's community boards hold public meetings and can escalate neighbourhood issues involving land use, street design, licenses, sanitation, parks and local services.

Borough presidents and council members can add political weight, request agency answers and make local budget or hearing pressure visible.

For delivery questions, use the policy pages and the delivery record to match each promise to the agency or board that can actually move it.
